A service bathroom currently used as a storage room completes this level.Between the Art Nouveau villa and the annex is the breakfast and restaurant area, which was built later. The restaurant can seat about 35 people, and the basement level houses the pantry, cold storage and technical room.The dependance, which rises three storeys above ground and houses a further four rooms: two on the ground floor, two on the first floor . On the attic floor is a room for service personnel and access to the large terrace where the laundry room is currently located, but which could be better used for breakfast.
