Entering the establishment for sale in Versilia, we are greeted by a driveway that divides the establishment into two parts: on the right is a functional area for storing bicycles, while on the left is a relaxing garden with practical summer furnishings on which to relax.

The beach, with a depth of about 120 metres and a sea front of 18 metres, accommodates 40 tents and 10 sun umbrellas. All beach furniture is new and made of aluminium. The bathing establishment is completed by a basement room divided into three distinct areas, one in which the technical room for the swimming pool is located, one used to store equipment, and the last one as a storage room for the restaurant.
